Today has been one of my best days in a very long time. I worked out in the evening which was weird, and very unlike me. Nevertheless, I felt amazing afterwards, and my food choices were mostly great!
The only downfall was my water intake. Only managed 2/3 only target. Grrr. Must do better!
I need to get some sleep ready for HIIT 15 tomorrow! Boom!
