I am determined to get into shape and become the healthiest I’ve ever been. The thing that kickstarted that way of thinking was my ostomy surgery four years ago. I didn’t want my health to dictate what I can or cannot achieve. I wanted to push, to strive, to thrive. I’m not finished, there’s no finish line. It’s just continuous improvement. LET’S GO!
