thaila skye april 2015Firstly, I know it’s been a very long time since I have updated this blog, but it’s purely because I’ve been posting on Instagram instead! If you’re on Instagram, you should totally add me on there and see what I’ve been up to!

Secondly, here’s a bit of an update, in case you aren’t following me on all my other social media feeds.

focus t25 shaun tI decided to restart Focus T25 and I’m currently on my second week. I had done T25 previously but I didn’t get results because I ate like a pig the whole time, to the point where I was actually creating a deficit and fulling it with food; exercising JUST so that I could buy that bar of chocolate or have fries or whatever. But this time round, I have realised the error of my ways and I am being much more sensible in the food choices I’m making, and I’m hoping it will help me see results.

So I’m mid-way through my second week of the Alpha round (the first section) and it’s going well. I’m mostly modifying, with the plan being that I modify the whole of T25 as ‘Round 1’, and then repeat the whole program as ‘Round 2’ but do the non-modified version. That way, I’m building my way up to a higher intensity. This, in theory, will take me right up until September, and then I’ll see what I want to do next!

Aside from that, there’s been the usual spring-time stuff happening. The flowers blooming, the sunshine being absolutely gorgeous and a little spring-cleaning (well, spring-decorating). We’re planning to move house within the next year so it’s all about getting it ready to sell… but that’s for another blog post another time.

For now, it’s time for breakfast and a cup of tea.
