Okay, there’s just over a year until my wedding and it’s dawned on me that I really need to get into shape!

Today marks 390 days until the big day, and I am going to get a plan together to get nice and fit and healthy. This will involve:

  • a fitness plan, working out 5 x a week
  • a meal plan
  • buying better foods
  • storing healthy foods in the house
  • prepping meals
  • drinking more water
  • drinking little/no caffeinated or carbonated drinks
  • making it sustainable (ie. weekend treats, etc)
  • I’m going to spend this week really working out the plans, writing up the workout schedules & meal plans, and doing the prep-work for it to be successful. And then, next week, BOOM! Back on it!

    I’m planning a hybrid of TurboFire & Zumba. It’ll be more TF heavy at first, and then the Zumba is to just mix it up a bit so that I don’t get bored.

    Hopefully you’ll stick by me and help me stay motivated! And if you’re on a similar journey, let me know! I’m trying to think of a catchy hashtag – I saw “ShreddingForMyWedding” somewhere but it’s a bit lengthy!

    Your wedding will be here before you know it. This is such an exciting time! I am on a fitness journey also and I’m doing Turbo Fire and walking. I’m not following a particular diet just eating real good and in correct portion sizes.
    You are such an inspiration to me because you’re always up best and happy, you don’t stress out when you eat something you hadn’t planned or that you didn’t feel was a good choice. I’m trying hard to be positive and make good choices MOST of the time.
    This is a great time of year to start a plan. New season, bnew beginning.

    Lol I need your motivation, we are looking at wedding venues for April, I better start getting a workout plan together!!
