Okay, there’s just over a year until my wedding and it’s dawned on me that I really need to get into shape!
Today marks 390 days until the big day, and I am going to get a plan together to get nice and fit and healthy. This will involve:
I’m going to spend this week really working out the plans, writing up the workout schedules & meal plans, and doing the prep-work for it to be successful. And then, next week, BOOM! Back on it!
I’m planning a hybrid of TurboFire & Zumba. It’ll be more TF heavy at first, and then the Zumba is to just mix it up a bit so that I don’t get bored.
Hopefully you’ll stick by me and help me stay motivated! And if you’re on a similar journey, let me know! I’m trying to think of a catchy hashtag – I saw “ShreddingForMyWedding” somewhere but it’s a bit lengthy!
